Workplace Coaching

Together Enabled Ltd workplace coaches specialise in helping organisations plan and implement reasonable workplace adjustments for employees with disabilities, so they can overcome barriers and thrive at work. We work with the disabled people themselves and leaders who may need support working alongside disabled people in the workplace.

Our coaches are certified in Disability Workplace Coaching—all holding Level 2 qualifications that are endorsed by the Association for Coaching. All are committed to their professional practice by closely working with the qualification provider to improve practice and move towards higher coaching awards. Our coaches have hundreds of hours of experience working with disabled people, and many identify as neurodivergent themselves. They are able to provide practical, empathetic support to individuals and employees across a range of sectors.
