Workplace Coaching

We help people identify workplace barriers, find solutions, and move towards positive outcomes.
We are certified Disability Work Coaches, holding a certificate in disability workplace coaching approved by the Association for Coaching. We bring both professional training and lived experience of disability and neurodivergence to every session, creating an empowering space for our clients.

We work from the social model of disability, starting with the barriers within a system. Many of our clients are graduates finding their feet in a first job after Disabled Students' Allowance support at university, though we work with people at every career stage.
We draw on frameworks such as GROW, CLEAR and BRIDGE, but what matters most is personalisation; the person in front of us matters more than the model.
Autonomy, dignity and honesty come first. The client sets the pace and the agenda. We are upfront about what coaching can and cannot do, and the space stays judgement free. We also work directly with employers and line managers, because real change usually needs to happen on both sides.
Rest matters too. Growth does not come from pushing harder; it comes from having room to breathe.
